Volunteer Coordinator

Hours: 32 hours per week
Salary
: £24,000 – 26,000 pro rata

Job Purpose:

We’re looking for an experienced Volunteer Coordinator who can help develop and shape our volunteer offer to ensure that our charity is supported by a committed and diverse team of volunteers across all areas of delivery.

Our Volunteer Coordinator will develop effective systems for the recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers.

Youth Worker

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary
: £20,000 – £22,000

Job Purpose:

We’re looking for a Youth Worker with excellent youth work and communication skills who is able to deliver a range of exciting activities to young people that will challenge, stimulate and provide new opportunities. 

You will be responsible for leading centre-based youth work activities on session and you will be required to work in the evenings and some weekends.

Careers Advisor 

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary
: £27,000 per annum

Job Purpose:

We’re looking for a Careers Advisor with excellent caseload management and communication skills able to help equip young people with the skills and attributes they need to make a successful transition into employment, training or further learning.

Giving young people the tools to understand the world of work and the opportunities within it, the successful candidate will effectively build strong relationships with young people, partner organisations and employers within the city.
