Manchester Youth Zone will be delivering the National Citizen Service programme (NCS) starting in the Autumn Half Term.
The National Citizen Service programme is a once in a lifetime experience for 15-17 year olds that helps develop their confidence and self-belief so they can take on anything in life. NCS is an opportunity for young people to get involved with social action projects in their community.
The NCS programme will start with a residential to Great Tower Adventures in the Lake District. This will take place during Autumn Half Term Holiday from 22nd – 25th October.
Completing the National Citizen Service programme looks great on CVs and university applications. NCS also opens up many more opportunities later in life and is a good chance to meet new people and have fun!
