Hello, my name is Katlyn and I have participated in the Learn2Lead programme.
It was a fantastic opportunity for myself and a plethora of other individuals to boost their confidence whilst achieving numerous awards by being involved in a variety of different activities and classes. These activities consisted of gaining a first aid certificate during a first aid course, as well as achieving a certificate in terms of rights and wrongs reacting to safeguarding situations. I learnt lots of skills such as how to deal with situations, how to communicate effectively and how to build as a team rather than to struggle on my own.
Personally, I believe that this is a programme which has helped me drastically and I would strongly recommend this to others, both present and in the future.
