There’s so many ways you can get involved in transforming Christmas for young people across North Manchester, so if you have the time to spare you could:

  • Sleigh it with a member of our team and head out to deliver essential food packages to families over the Christmas Holidays (Tuesday 22nd December and Monday 28th December)
  • Be a real elf and join our workshop as we pack up the above boxes so they are ready for deliveries (Tuesday 22nd and Monday 28th December)
  • Again be partnered up with one of our fantastic team and deliver Christmas Hampers containing everything anyone could ever need for to make Christmas one to remember (Date TBC)
  • Lockdown may be Claus-trophobic, but with a bit of imagination you can transport yourself to the North Pole and act as the big guy himself responding to letters to Santa from our younger members and their siblings (week commencing 7th & 14th December)
  • MYZ’s very own Santa’s workshop will be in action to get everything wrapped up and ready to go ahead of Christmas week and we’ll need an ‘elfy amount of support to help us (Friday 18th December 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm – this is an ‘in-person’ volunteering opportunity so COVID regulations will be in force)

Any support you can offer would be absolutely tree-mendous, if you would like to take up any of these opportunities just email Kirsty.Peters@manchesteryz.org
